Padco‘s mission in data centers design and implementation services is to provide feasibility, needs
assessment and design of various parts of the data center in accordance with the latest requirements of

Duties
1) Interact with esteemed customers regarding the design of data centers in relation to ordering
new technologies
2) Analyze customer needs in the field of network and data centers
3) Analyze the system required by the customer
4) Architecture of the system required by the customer, recognizing the components and
examining the connections of the system with other related systems (internal and external)
5) Preparing a document of customer’s requests and technical and practical specifications of the
system required by the customer for data centers
6) Review, identify and provide effective use of data centers and information exchange networks
and take the necessary measures to implement it in customers.
7) Production and implementation of customer orders by interacting with Padco’s information and
processing network design department
8) Delivery of subsystems designed to the customer in the field of information and processing
networks
9) Provide the previous design product / service according to the customer’s order and deliver it to
the customer by interacting with the information and design network design department of
Padco company
10) Determining the quality characteristics and standards of the product / system
11) Analyze and estimate the cost price by working modules and provide financial analysis of the
project
12) Determining the framework and methodology of product development
13) Execution planning and execution (WBS work failure structure + required resources, etc.)
14) Determining the input components of designing and receiving customer approval in this regard
with the cooperation of Padco project management department
15) Detailed design of components and subsystems of a data center or data center

16) Exit control of the designs done with the customer’s needs and receiving customer approval in
this regard with the cooperation of Padco project management department
17) Holding briefings on the designs made for the production team (Industries / Contractor)
18) Submitting analysis, architecture and design documents to the production team (Industries /
Contractor)
19) Final approval of the design after integration
20) Analyzing customer feedback on the performance of data center design by Padco’s specialists as
well as the products offered for the data centers provided by Padco to the esteemed customers.
21) Performing other assigned tasks by the project management department and the design
department of information and processing networks of Padco Company and the managing
director.
